Ever wondered why captain’s and fishermen are terrified of bananas being onboard? I’m not superstitious….. but as a sailor, I’m a little “sticious” and despite understanding the reasons why this superstition came about, there are still things out there we can’t fully explain and thus gives reason for most of us only “slightly-sticious” to still err on the side of caution.
