New Years Plunge 2024
There are many traditions to start off the new year right, but when it comes to divers and those called by the sea the choice is usually pretty obvious. New Years day 2024 was spent by this group diving, free diving, poking some lion fish, playing with fish and having a proper celebration with food and drink aboard the dive boat Ibis on the north side of St. Croix. Diving the famous Cane Bay Wall hitting the dive sites Emerald Gardens to visit Sea Biscuit then onto Rust Op’Twist, just offshore the old sugar mill itself. We saw sharks and rays, lion fish and morays, plenty of fish and coral and had a killer time. Now the only thing left to do is to plan out next year’s first dive…..
